Rates & Fees

My fee is $200 per session. I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. While understanding that using insurance can make therapy more accessible, in choosing not to participate with insurance, I have greater flexibility in how I approach treatment and the types of integrative therapies I am able to offer.

Insurance plans often have specific requirements around what services and treatment methods they will cover. By working outside of those limitations, I’m able to tailor therapy more thoughtfully to each person’s needs and incorporate integrative approaches that may not yet be recognized or reimbursed by insurance companies.

My goal is to create a space where therapy can be guided by what is genuinely helpful for you, not solely by what an insurance plan determines is covered. Depending on your plan, you may also have out-of-network benefits that allow you to receive partial reimbursement for therapy. I recommend checking directly with your insurance provider to learn more about your specific coverage.
